How to cover a scrape around curves using thick absorbent wound pads
How do you shape a heel dressing? How to cover a sore on an elbow that is curved.
Thicker dressings ,which are super absorbent, last longer, but can be harder to tape around curves without creases especially in pressure areas such as heels, side of feet. Cutting some thicker dressings may cause the inner packing to spill out if walking on them. Zetuvit is one of those dressings.
Super absorbent dressings can last 2-7 days, though if staining is seen through the dressing at about 50-75% of the dressing size, it will need changing. A wet dressing smells, some people complain it becomes painful too and should be changed.
There are different brands of foam dressings. Some seem to absorb more. Some have thin foam options.
There are foam dressing with border, which are silicone and gentle to remove and waterproof.

Combine is cheap but fluid will seep through the other side, so it is only used over another dressing or a dry wound or fragile areas as padding. One can also use across ankles or areas to stop rubs from bandages
